Fully Awake: The Black Mountain College Experience is "a documentary
film project that explores the college's history and cultural impact."
This site gives a brief history of the college, and features many interesting
photographs. A trailer to the documentary film is also available for

Carolina State Archives
After Black Mountain College closed in 1956, Charles Olson, on behalf
of the trustees of the College, donated the records to the North Carolina
State Archives. The State Archives in Raleigh is now the major repository
of materials relating to Black Mountain College.

The Black Mountain College Museum & Arts Center was established
in 1993 "to commemorate and publicize Black Mountain Colleges
unique legacy of educational and artistic innovation." This site
includes information on Black Mountain College, its teachers, students,
and the Museum and Arts Center, with a photo gallery with selections
from past exhibits.
